1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 65/2026 for the offence registered under Section 103(1)/3(5) of B.N.S. and cognizance has been taken under Section 80, 3(5) of B.N.S., now said to have been pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the brother-in-law of the deceased and they have been working for their livelihood in Orissa. The learned counsel has submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 15.01.2026 and so far as the allegations are concerned, there are omnibus allegations on all the accused persons. He has further submitted that the husband of the deceased has been granted bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 1804/2026 vide order dated 02.04.2026 primarily on the ground that he was working in Karnataka at the time of occurrence. The Sister-in-law of the deceased has also been granted bail in B.A. No. 1479 of 2026 vide order dated 11.03.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has opposed the prayer and has submitted that within three years of marriage, the victim was found dead in her matrimonial home.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioners, who are brother in laws of the victim and there are no specific allegations against them , they are directed to be enlarge on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025, subject to the following conditions: -
(i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioners.
(ii) The other bailor should be their close relative.
(iii) The petitioners will attend the court on each and every date and on account of their single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioners.
(iv) The petitioners would deposit a self-attested copy of their Aadhar Cards along with their Mobile Numbers before the learned court, which they shall not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court.
(v) The petitioners shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned court.
5. The instant bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
6. Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the affidavit filed with the bail petition be communicated to the court concerned through 'e- mail/FAX'.
