rd Order No.02/23 September 2025 I.A. No.12902 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction dated 25.08.2025 and sentence dated 25.08.2025 passed by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara in Sessions Trial No.106 of 2023 in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No.64/2023 by which the appellant has been convicted for the offences under Sections 147,323,325,506/34 of IPC and sentenced to undergo S.I. for One (01) year, S.I. for One (01) year and S.I. for two (02) years and S.I. for two (02) years.

However, all the sentences have been directed to run concurrently.

2. I.A. No.12902 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellant vide order dated 25.08.2025.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellant namely Aarti Gorai by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 25.08.2025 from 25.08.2025 till 25.09.2025 is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No.12902 of 2025 is allowed and stands

disposed of.

5. Admit.

6. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower Court Records from learned Court below.
