1. We have perused the calculation on the issue of

limitation as available in the backside of the Vakalatnama.

2. It has been pointed out on behalf of the respondent

that the judgment under challenge has been passed on

08.08.2018 and the appeal has been filed on 17.12.2024

but the limitation has been shown of only 31 days.

3. Office is directed to revisit the said calculation and

place this case with fresh note on the issue of limitation.
