08/ 17.09.2025: This revision petition has been filed against the

judgment dated 13.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-

cum--Children Court, Latehar, in Criminal Appeal No. 30 of 2023, arising out

of Latehar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2022, G.R. Case No. 142 of 2023, whereby

prayer for bail has been rejected, pending in the Court of learned Juvenile

Justice Board, Latehar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has

been acquitted and in view of that this petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for the State accepts the said submission.

4. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
