1. This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction dated 23.08.2025 and sentence dated 26.08.2025 passed by learned Sri Laxman Prasad, learned Special Judge-Anti Corruption Bureau, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in Vigilance Case No. 06/2023 in connection with the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three (03) years.

2. I.A. No.12385 of 2025 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail which has been granted by the learned Trial Court to the appellant vide order dated 26.08.2025.

3. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the appellant namely Shambhu Kumar by the learned Trial Court below vide order dated 26.08.2025 till 07.10.2025 is hereby confirmed.

4. Thus, this I.A. No. 12385 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

5. Admit.
