I. A. No. 12149 of 2025 02/04.09.2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 05.08.2025 passed by Sri Bal Krishan Tiwari, learned Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with Mrkacho P. S. Case No. 23 of 2023 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 509 of 2023 [S. T. No. 124 of 2023] by which the appellant have been convicted for the offences under Section 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R. I. for a period of two (2) years and to pay fine of Rs. 50,000/- for the offence under Section 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and sentenced to undergo R. I. for a period of two (2) years for the offence under Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code respectively.

All the sentences have been directed to run concurrently.

2. I. A. No. 12149 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellants for confirmation of Provisional Bail granted by the learned Court below on 06.08.2025 for a period of 30 days.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Under the circumstances, provisional bail granted to the appellants by Sri Bal Krishan Tiwari, learned Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with S. T. No. 124 of 2023 is confirmed.

5. I. A. No. 12149 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

6. Admit.

7. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records.

8. Office is directed to issue notice upon the Informant by Speed Post with A/D.
