Heard, learned counsel for the appellants on the aforesaid I.A. filed for ignoring the defect No.08 which pertains to the name of appellant No.2 having not been mentioned in the cause title of the impugned order/judgment.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that appellant No.2 [Nikhil Kumar Singh, aged about 07 years] had not taken birth at the time of filing of claim case, therefore, his name did not find place in the cause title of the judgment and Award passed by learned Tribunal.

Accordingly, prayer made in the instant I.A. is allowed and defect No.08 as pointed out by the office is ignored.

The aforesaid I.A. stands allowed.
