The learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the Informant of this case through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi in the light of judgment reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 (Nipun Saxena and Anr. vs. Union of India) and also vide Notification No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 issued by the High Court of Jharkhand and shall file affidavit with regard to service of notice.

2. Call for scanned copy of the Lower Court Records along with the neatly typed copy of the case diary, medical report of the victim lady as well as the statement of the victim lady recorded under Section 164 of Cr.PC.

3. Put up this case after four weeks.

4. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi and also be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for needful.
