1. The matter was heard on 6th October, 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband had
sought for time to take instruction on the issue of settlement
particularly for re-union of the parties and settlement of the
dispute in terms of money.
3. Today, Mr. Baihaw Gahlaut, learned counsel for the
respondent-husband appeared and submitted that
respondent-husband is not willing to live together with the
appellant-wife.
4. However, both the parties have showed their willingness
for settlement of the dispute in terms of money.
5. Therefore, this Court is of the view that affidavit in
terms of law laid down in the case of Rajnesh v. Neha &
Anr., (2021) 2 SCC 324 is required to be filed by the parties.
6. Accordingly, the both the parties are directed to file
such affidavit giving all details of movable and immovable property in terms of the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Apex
Court in the case of Rajnesh v. Neha & Anr (supra).
7. List this case under the same heading on 31.10.2025.
