11/04.11.2025 This case has been listed on the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the name of the counsel at paragraph 1 of the judgment dated 14.10.2025 as instead of "Mr. Suman Kumar Ghosh, learned Amicus Curiae" the name of "Mr. Subodh Kumar Pandey", has been mentioned. It also appears that instead of "Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P.", the name of "Mr. Vineet Kumar Vashistha" has been mentioned as appearing for the State.

We accordingly modify the judgment dated 14.10.2025 to the extent that in the first paragraph in the said judgment, the name of "Mr. Subodh Kumar Pandey" shall now be read as "Mr. Suman Kumar Ghosh, learned Amicus Curiae" and name of "Mr. Vineet Kumar Vashistha" shall be read as "Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P."

The judgment dated 14.10.2025 is accordingly modified.
