Order No.02/28.03.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead Victim lady X as O.P. No.2 in this case in course of the day.

2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Revision Application upon the victim lady "X" through the Superintendent of Police, Deoghar, in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the Jharkhand High Court and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the victim girl "X".

3. Call for the legible scanned copy of Lower Court Records along with neatly typed copy of Case Diary, statement of victim lady X recorded under Section 164, medical report of victim girl if any.

4. Put up this case on 1st May 2025.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of Superintendent of Police, Deoghar by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful.
