Order No. 05/ Dated:26.03.2025 Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal Application upon the victim lady through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh, in light of the judgment rendered in the case of Nipun Saxena and Anr. Versus Union of India reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 and Notification No.23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi and shall file an affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the victim lady.

3. Call for the scanned copy of Lower Court Record alongwith neatly typed copy of case diary and the statement of the victim lady recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and Medical Report of the victim lady , if any.

4. Learned A.P.P. is also directed to produce the neatly typed copy of the case diary .

5. Put up this case on 25.04 2025.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh by FAX and be also handed over to the learned A.P.P for the needful .
