1. The present interlocutory application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 03 days in preferring L.P.A No.502 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

4. Considering the reason assigned in the interlocutory application and taking into consideration the purport of section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the delay of 03 days in preferring the present L.P.A. is hereby condoned.
