09/21.03.2025 It has been submitted by the Rajendra Krishna, learned counsel for the writ petitioners, that the case of the writ petitioners seems to be covered in view of the judgments rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mahesh Chandra Verma V. State of Jharkhand through its Chief Secretary & Ors reported in (2018) 7 SCC 270 and in the case of C. Yamini V. State of Andhra Pradesh & Another reported in (2019) 17 SCC 228.

Mr. Munna Lal Yadav, learned S.C. (L&C)-III is directed to go through the aforesaid judgments referred hereinabove, copies of which have been supplied by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, and inform this Court as to whether the case of the original writ petitioner is covered by those decisions or not.

Let these cases be listed on 27th March, 2025.
