1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call.

2. Reference may be made to the order dated 20.02.2025. In pursuance thereof, two affidavits have been filed on behalf of the respondent-State.

3. It has been stated in the affidavit dated 18.02.2025 that the amount so far as it relates to the claim of Rs.600 crores and Rs. 5,04,57,92,008.00 is in relation to Certificate Case No. 14/2019-20 which has been ascertained after the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Common Cause vs. Union of India and Ors., (2017) 9 SCC 499.

4. The party concerned i.e., respondent no.5, namely, M/s Panem Coal Mines Ltd. has been shown to approach the revisional authority and as per the affidavit, the matter is lying pending before the revisional authority as of now.

5. So far as the remaining amount to the tune of Rs.118 crores to be recovered from M/s Panem Coal Mines Limited and Rs. 56 crores from M/s West Bengal Emta are concerned, distress warrant has been said to be issued as per the statement made at paragraph-18 thereof.

6. The details of the money spent from the DMFT Fund has been stated in the affidavit filed on 07.03.2025.

7. One Mr. Sangkrito Ray Chaudhuri had appeared on 20.02.2025 in the capacity of legal officer working under the respondent no.5, M/s Panem

Coal Mines Limited and took time to file detail affidavit but there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent no.5.

8. Accordingly, let this case be listed on 17.03.2025.
