For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Diwakar Jha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, AddI. P.P. For the O.P. No.2 : Mr. Niraj Kishore, Advocate .........

05/ 23.06.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 & 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Section 498A/34 of IPC, in connection with Complaint Case No.1634 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma.

3. This case arises out of a complaint and the petitioner has approached this Court only after cognizance has been taken and summons has been issued.

4. Thus, I find that there is no apprehension of the petitioner being arrested, this anticipatory bail application is absolutely misconceived.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.

6. Petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned, who will pass order as per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
