Order No.04/20.06.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the State of Jharkhand as O.P. No.3 in course of the day and serve a copy of this Case to the Mr. Saket Kumar, learned APP.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given Talak to the O.P. No.1.

3. Learned counsel for the O.P. No.1 has submitted that till date the petitioner has not paid any amount to the O.P. No.1

4. It is well settled from the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court that the divorced wife is entitled for the maintenance.

5. Under the circumstances, O.P. No.1 is directed to file Counter Affidavit in this case.

6. It also appears that the relationship between the parties is admitted, hence in the meantime, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.75,000/- to the O.P. No.1 for the survival of O.P. No.1 and O.P. No.2.

7. Put up this case on 23rd July 2025.

8. Let the name of Mr. Saket Kumar, learned APP be reflected in the daily cause list henceforth.
