1. The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No.66 of 2016 which was dismissed for default vide order dated 31.08.2018.
2. It appears that the civil review being Civil Review No.66 of 2016 had been filed for review/recall of the judgment dated 17.06.2016 passed in Second Appeal No.415 of 2015. Further, an interlocutory application being I.A. No.7581 of 2024 has been filed for condonation of delay of 1185 days in preferring the present civil miscellaneous petition. Virtually, there is no ground for condoning the delay.
3. Considering the factual matrix of the case and the delay in filing the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition which has not been explained at all, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition as well as the interlocutory application being I.A. No.7581 of 2024 stand dismissed.
