5/13.02.2025 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this is a case of reversal
and the learned appellate court has reversed the finding of learned trial court.
2. This Second Appeal shall be heard on the following substantial question
of law:
"Whether the learned first appellate court while passing the judgment failed to appreciate that the grand-father of the plaintiff namely Maula Bux Kunjara @ Maula Bux sold the schedule-A to the mother of the plaintiff namely, Jamila Khatoon vide sale-deed no.1399 dated 13.06.1968 executed on 27.4.1968 and put in khas possession and that document has rightly appreciated by the learned appellate court or not?"
3. Issue notice upon the respondent nos.1 to 9 by registered post with A/d
as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a
week.
4. Call for the Trial Court Records.
