(decree signed on 21.09.2019) passed by the Learned District Judge-II, Godda in Civil Appeal No. 28 of 2018, whereby the learned 1st Appellate Court has confirmed the judgment dated 19.11.2018 (decree signed on 10.12.2018) passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division- 1st, Godda in Title Suit No. 13/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
