06/ 16.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sector

IV P.S. Case No. 74/2025, registered under sections 85, 318(4), 303(2),

115(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS and section 3 and 4 of D.P. Act, pending in the Court

of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bokaro.

3. It appears that in the impugned order it has come that petitioner

has received notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and in that view of the

matter, petitioner is directed to move before the learned court by way of filing

regular bail in the light of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case

of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr.

reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsels for the State and O.P. No.2 has got no serious

objection.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the

aforesaid liberty.
