2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has to go through the order of remand passed in S.A. No. 42 of 1996 (R). However, it appears from the appellate court's judgment that the concerned 2nd appeal is S.A. No. 46 of 1996 (R) and not S.A. No. 42 of 1996 (R).

3. Office is directed to place records of S.A. No. 42 of 1996 (R) as well as records of S.A. No. 46 of 1996 (R) before this Court.

4. Learned Court Master is directed to summon the records of S.A. No. 42 of 1996 (R) and S.A. No. 46 of 1996 (R) and keep them with him from 09th December, 2025 so that the learned counsel for the appellants may have an opportunity to go through the order of remand in advance.

5. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the matter be posted on 11th December, 2025.
