2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of these petitioners is covered by the direction given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Anuprash Verma Vs. State of Jharkhand and Ors [WP(S) No. 4775 of 2022] and Nawnit Kumar Singh Vs. State of Jharkhand and Ors. [WP(S) No. 4777 of 2022]. He further submits that the petitioners are working in the Nilamber Pitamber University since 2009 and they are praying for regularization. He also submits that similarly situated employees have approached this Court in the aforesaid two writ petitions along with several writ petitions and the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the university concerned to undertake an exercise and after constituting High Power Committee in terms of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Narendra Kumar Tiwari Vrs. State of Jharkhand reported in (2018) 8 SCC 238 will take a decision.

At this stage, Mr. Radha Krishna Gupta, learned counsel for the Nilambar- Pitamber University, who appears through Video Conferencing, submits that the University has already constituted High Power Committee in compliance of the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and they are considering the case of regularization of ad hoc /temporary employees. He also submits that not only the writ petitioners of those petitions but also the case of the petitioners of these writ petitions will be considered by the High Power Committee.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, I find that since the University has already constituted a High Power Committee and the said Committee is considering the case of the writ petitioners of WPS Nos. 4775 and 4777 of 2022 and the petitioners of these two petitions, I dispose of these two writ petitions with a direction to respondent No. 4 i.e. t he Registrar, Nilamber-Pitamber University, Palamau to consider the case of these petitioners along with other similarly situated persons for regularization and will take appropriate decision as per law, which will also be communicated to the petitioners.

5. It is expected that the respondents will try to arrive at a conclusion within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
