02/23.04.2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the Appellants challenging the judgment dated 05.03.2025, passed in Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2024, by Shri Radha Krishan, learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara, by which the Appellants have been convicted for the offence under Section 323 of I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for Three (03) months each and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- each.

2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed under Section 430(1) of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of the Appellants for confirmation of provisional bail as granted by the learned Trial Court in Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2024 vide order dated 05.03.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellants has submitted that earlier the Appellants have been granted bail vide order dated 05.03.2025 and which has further been extended for one month vide order dated 04.04.2025 and the learned counsel for the

Appellants has produced the photocopy of the certified copy of the order dated 04.04.2025 before this Court during the course of argument.

Let it be kept on the records of this case.

3. No objection is raised by the learned A.P.P.

4. Under the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the Appellants, namely Kuddus Mian, Nisar Mian @ Nisar Ansari and Kalim Ansari @ Ijhar Ansari by the learned Trial Court is hereby confirmed.

5. Thus, I.A. No. 4005 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.
