I. A. No. 5505 of 2024:

This interlocutory application has been preferred by the appellants for stay of that part of the judgment dated 13.07.2023 passed in Original Suit No. 24 of 2023 by which the custody of the minor child has been directed to be handed over to the respondent herein and for its execution a petition has already been filed which has been mentioned in the instant interlocutory application.

Until further orders, that part of the judgment dated 13.07.2023 by which the minor daughter of the appellant has been directed to be handed over to the respondent shall remain stayed.

I. A. No. 5505 of 2024 stands disposed of.
