10/10.09.2024 This criminal revision has been filed for the following relief:

"That the present criminal revision has been preferred for quashing/setting aside the Judgment dated 11-09-2019 passed by the court of Shri Vishnu Kant Sahay, learned Sessions Judge, Latehar in Criminal Appeal No.70/2018 whereby and where under the Court of Sessions Judge, Latehar has reversed the judgment and order of acquittal dated - 17/09/2018 passed by Md. Toufique Ahmad, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar and whereby and where under the court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar has held the petitioner guilty and directed to the petitioner to undergo S.I. for a period of one month and a fine of Rs.2,00,000/- for the offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. The amount of fine is to be paid within a period of two months from the date of judgment failing with it can be recovered in due course of law and in default of payment of fine further S.I. of Seven days in connection with Trial No.445/2018."

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision.

3. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands closed.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/email.
