1. The present criminal revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 08.08.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No.89 of 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, F.T.C. (C.A.W.), Bermo at Tenughat whereby and whereunder the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed and order dated 20.05.2023 passed in Complaint Case No.863 of 2018.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist has relied upon the judgment reported in 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1711 in the case of Gajanand Burange versus Laxmi Chand Goyal and seeks permission to withdraw the present case with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present criminal revision application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
