16/14.10.2024 It has been submitted by Mrs. Vani Kumari, learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the appellant is being charged for the murder of her husband and the trial has concluded and the matter is fixed for judgment sometime in the month of December 2024.

This case relates to guardianship of the daughter of the appellant and as per the impugned order dated 27.02.2021 the grandmother of the child has been appointed as a guardian by the learned trial court. However, since it has been submitted that the entire basis for allowing guardianship of the grandmother is upon the character of the appellant on account of the fact that she is alleged to have committed the murder of her husband and since the case is fixed for judgment in the month of December, 2024, this matter be adjourned to January 2025.

This submission has not been seriously opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

As such, let this case be listed on 15th January 2025. On that day, learned counsel for the appellant must submit before us a copy of the judgment, if it is delivered by that time.
