           1.        Heard the parties.

2. The instant criminal revision has been filed against the judgment dated 13.08.2021 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Addl. Family Court, Dhanbad in Original Maintenance Case No.93 of 2018 whereby a meager amount of Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.1,000/- per month each to the two minor children has been granted as maintenance and also Rs.3,000/- as litigation cost.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the income of the petitioner is not such that he could pay the maintenance amount as directed by the court below.

4. The family court has considered the entire factum and thereafter a meager amount has been awarded to the minor children and wife.

5. In that view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to entertain the present revision application. Accordingly, the same is, hereby, dismissed.

6. In view of above order, there is no requirement of passing any order, so far as the Interlocutory Application being I.A. No.9279 of 2024 filed for condonation of delay of 781 days in preferring the present criminal revision application is concerned. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
