Issue notice to the informant/victim.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to get the notice served

upon the informant/victim through the Senior

Superintendent of Police, Ranchi in the light of the

judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

case of Nipun Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India &

Ors. reported in 2019 (2) SCC 703.

The fact regarding service of notice upon the

informant/victim shall be brought on record by filing an

affidavit before the next date of listing.

Put up this case under the heading "For

Admission" on 21st November, 2024.

In the meantime, learned A.P.P. shall procure the

case diary and file counter affidavit, if so needed.
