From the records, we find that the aforesaid I.A. has already been disposed of.
As per the letter vide Memo No.2730/2024 dated 27.08.2024 sent to this Court by the Inspector cum Officer in Charge, Bundu Police Station, Ranchi stating therein that appellant no.1 [Hari Singh] & appellant no.2 [Budhu Basmahali] have died on 28.02.2010 and 05.11.2014 respectively and death certificates have also been enclosed with the said letter.
Further, no substitution petition has been filed on their behalf. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Appeal stands abated so far appellant no.1 [Hari Singh] & appellant no.2 [Budhu Basmahali] is concerned as no substitution petition has been filed on their behalf.
Now, the instant Criminal Appeal (DB) is confined so far appellant no.3 [Yogendra Basmahali] and appellant no.4 [Govind Basmahali] is concerned, hearing concluded.
