3. I.A.No. 7052 of 2024 is for condonation of delay of 249

days in preferring this appeal against the impugned

Judgment.

4. The ground is shown in para no. 3 to 6, same is

supported with the affidavit.

5. The learned Counsel for the respondent opposed the

contention made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

6. The uncontroverted affidavit cannot be disbelieved and

the ground shown is found sufficient.

7. Delay of 249 days in preferring this appeal is condoned.

8. Accordingly, I.A.No. 7052 of 2024 stands disposed of.
