Order No.09/Dated- 06.05.2024 On call, no one appears on behalf of petitioner. It appears that present revision application has not been admitted and petitioner was directed to file requisites etc. for service of notice upon opposite party no.2 for appearance vide order dated 28.08.2023 which has not been complied with by the petitioner. Petitioner is also not taking any steps for further proceeding in this case.

It appears that petitioner has lost his interest in this case. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed for non- prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Trial Court immediately for taking all coercive steps against the petitioner in pursuance to the judgment and order passed by the Trial Court.
