Order No.09/ dated 02.05.2024

Today, the present case has been listed at the instance of

the Court itself.

2. It appears that the date of pronouncement of Judgment in

the first page and the last page of the Judgment has wrongly

been typed as 12.04.2023 instead of 12.04.2024.

3. Considering the fact that the aforesaid mistake is a

typographical one, let the date of pronouncement of Judgment in

the first page and the last page of the Judgment be read as

12.04.2024 in place of 12.04.2023.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 12.04.2024 is modified to the

extent above.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court

concerned.
