06/01.03.2024:           By filing this petition, the petitioners have prayed for revival of Second

Appeal No. 261 of 2004, which was already dismissed vide judgment dated 24.6.2019, for the limited purpose i.e. for substituting the legal heirs of respondent No. 1.

In that view, issued notice to Balram Bharti on the point of maintainability of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, for which, requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process must be filed within two weeks.
