th Order No. 05/Dated: 15 January 2024 The petitioner has alleged willful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 18th September 2019 passed in W.P. (C) No.1387 of 2017 and analogous cases.

2. Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, the learned counsel appearing for the JSSC states that the issue whether 100% reservation can be made in scheduled districts of the State of Jharkhand was decided by a Full Bench of this Court. The learned counsel further states that against the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court, some of the parties approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and now the dispute has been set at rest by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Satyajit Kumar and Others Vs. State of Jharkhand and Others" 2022 SCC OnLine 954.

3. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, the present contempt case has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
