The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for a direction upon the respondents to make payment of salary and all consequential benefits from January, 2005 to July 2015 and fix the pension from August, 2015 on the basis of regularization of service in view of judgment and decree dated 30.5.2014 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-1, Dhanbad in Title Suit No. 84 of 2005.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier preferred a suit for declaration of his date of birth and after disposal of the same, the petitioner has filed a representation before the University for payment of consequential benefits, but the same has not been acceded to till date.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and a notification to that effect has been issued and if the petitioner is found entitled for the benefits, the consequential benefits shall be paid to him.

5. In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided afresh in the writ petition, except to direct the respondents to release the admitted dues to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

6. The writ petition stands allowed.
