02/ 13.02.2024: The matter relates to Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Palamau.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail on the strength of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. Reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsels for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
