21 / 14.09.2023 There appears to be error in the judgment dated 24.08.2023 to the effect that the judgment was reserved on 18.01.2023 but the same was mentioned as 31.01.2023. It further appears that the Appellant No. 1-Ganesh @ Mangal Soren in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 892/2008 and the Appellant No. 1-Mangal Moris Murmu and Appellant No. 2-Bablu Murmu in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 905/2008 were on bail during the pendency of the appeals.

2. In view of the aforesaid facts, judgment dated 24.08.2023 is modified to the extent that date on which judgment was reserved shall be read as 18.01.2023, in place of 31.01.2023. So far as the last paragraph of the judgment is concerned, it shall be read in the following manner: "So far as the appellant No. 1-Ganesh @ Mangal Soren in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 892/2008 and Appellant No. 1-Mangal Moris Murmu and Appellant No. 2- Bablu Murmu in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 905/2008 are concerned, since they were on bail, they are discharged from the liability of their bail bonds. As regards the remaining one appellant in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 892/2008, he shall be released forthwith, if not wanted in any other case."

Judgment dated 24.08.2023 is modified only to the extent indicated hereinabove.
