At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that issues involved in this writ petition have already been decided by this Court in W.P.(S).No. 4079 of 2018 (Santosh Kumar Yadav Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and the analogous writ applications, disposed of on 20.09.2019 and the same was affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 693 of 2019 heard along with LPA No. 734 of 2019, vide judgment delivered on 07.04.2020 and since the aforesaid writ applications have been dismissed and the order of learned Single Judge was affirmed by the Division Bench, this case may also be dismissed in view of the observations made in W.P.(S).No. 4079 of 2018 (Santosh Kumar Yadav Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and the analogous writ applications.

In view of the fair submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is hereby dismissed in terms of order dated 20.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(S).No. 4079 of 2018 (Santosh Kumar Yadav Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and the analogous writ applications which was affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 693 of 2019 and another case.
