2. It appears from the record that the dispute between the parties was referred before JHALSA and as per mediation report, the mediation has been unsuccessful.

The instant criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 14.09.2021 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 01 of 2018 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Garhwa whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.4,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2.
