2. It appears from the record that the dispute between the parties was referred before JHALSA and as per mediation report, the mediation has been unsuccessful.

The instant criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 17.02.2022 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 72 of 2018 by the learned Principal District Judge cum Family Judge, Ramgarh whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2.
