1. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with prayer to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the court below in compliance of judgment of conviction dated 1st April, 2017 passed in G.R. Case No.450 of 2010 which was also affirmed by the learned appellate court vide order dated 22 nd May, 2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this criminal revision both the parties have settled the dispute outside the court and the said compromise has been annexed along with this I.A.
3. In view of the submissions made the petitioner is exempted to surrender before the court.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No.6785 of 2023 stands disposed of. Cr. Revision No.722 of 2023
5. Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that they will file the memorandum of compromise which has arrived between the parties for disposal of this criminal revision.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, list this case on 21st November, 2023.
