This interlocutory application has been filed for the condonation of delay of 3 days in filing the instant Memo of Appeal against the judgment dated 27.06.2022 (decree signed on 11.07.2022) passed by Sr. Yogesh Kumar Singh, learned District Judge-IV, Bokaro in Civil Appeal No. 64 of 2019 affirming the Judgment and decree dated 27.09.2019, (decree signed on 11.11.2019) passed by Nirmala Barla, learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bokaro in Title (Eviction) Suit No. 05 of 2006.
It is submitted that appeal could not be filed within time due to death of appellant's family member and he will suffer serious irreparable loss, if the instant I.A. is not allowed.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, delay of 3 days in preferring the instant appeal is condoned.
I.A. No. 12098 of 2022 stands allowed.

Issue notice to the Respondent at the present and correct address through registered post with A/D as well as under ordinary process, for which requisites, etc. must be filed within two weeks.
Status quo shall be maintained by the party.
