Mr. Lukesh Kumar, the learned Amicus appears for the convict. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Manoj v. State of M.P" (2023) 2 SCC 353, we direct the State of Jharkhand to place before us the report of the Probation Officer relating to the convict. We also direct the District & Sessions Judge, Chaibasa to place the psychiatric and psychological evaluation report of the convict from a trained Psychiatrist or a Professor of Psychology from RINPAS, Ranchi.
