Order No.05 Dated- 28.03.2023 Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants will file a supplementary affidavit mentioning therein as to on which date, the application for obtaining the certified copy of the judgment and decree of Title Appeal No. 40 of 2010 of the Court of District Judge -I, Ramgarh was filed by the appellants and when the same became ready and when the same was supplied to the appellants, if any, within six weeks.

List this appeal after filing the supplementary affidavit. It is made clear that if the supplementary affidavit is not filed within six weeks from the date of this order, then this second appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
