No. 2712 of 2023 has been filed by the appellant for condoning the delay of two days in preferring the instant Letters Patent Appeal, in which, the appellant has challenged the judgment dated 23.1.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(S) No. 2355 of 2022.

There is no objection from the respondents. In that view of the matter, the delay of two days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal is, hereby, condoned.

I.A. No. 2712 of 2023 stands disposed of.

I.A. No. 2713 of 2023 I.A. No. 2713 of 2023 has been filed by the appellant for staying the operation of order dated 23.01.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2355 of 2022, as any order passed by the Appellate Authority pursuant to remand order dated 23.01.2023 will render the instant LP.A infructuous.

In view of the facts of this case, I.A. No. 2713 of 2023 stands allowed. Consequently, further proceeding in Appeal Case No. 02/2021 shall remain stayed, till the next hearing.
