06/20.03.2023 It has been submitted by Mr. Vijay Shanker Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner that the judgment passed in W.C. Case No. 28/2011 was challenged in W.P.(L) No. 5587 of 2017 in which notice has been issued to the private-respondent. It has been submitted that the present case is with respect to quashing of the entire Certificate Case which arises out of the judgment passed in W.C. Case No. 28/2011.

Issue notice to the respondent no. 4 as to why this application shall not be admitted and/or disposed of at the admission stage itself, for which, requisite etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process be filed within a period of ten days, failing which, this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

Let this case be listed after the appearance of the respondent no. 4, under the appropriate heading.
