2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the instant appeal. It is next submitted that the counsel for the appellant in the trial court obtained the certified copy of the award and opined that an appeal be filed and the matter was sent to the local office, hence, the same resulted in delay in filing the instant appeal. It is further submitted that the delay caused in filing the instant appeal is neither deliberate nor intentional. It is also submitted that the appellant has very good grounds to agitate in this appeal and unless the delay caused in filing the instant appeal is condoned, the appellant will be highly prejudiced. Hence, it is submitted that the delay caused in filing the instant appeal be condoned.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in the matter of condonation of delay in filing the instant appeal.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the delay of 53 days in filing the instant appeal is condoned.

5. This interlocutory application stands allowed.

M.A. No.34 of 2020 Learned counsel for the appellant prays for two weeks' time to address this Court in the matter of substantial question of law as the impugned judgment/award has been passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court-cum-Employee's Compensation Commissioner, Bokaro.

Prayer for time is allowed as the last chance. List this appeal after two weeks.
