06 / 21.02.2023 Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 24.06.2022 and 30.06.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Original Suit No. 349/2018 preferred under section 13(1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which was decreed on contest with alimony of Rs. 4.00 lakhs granted in favour of the Respondent / Appellant herein.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal, for which I.A. No. 1689/2023 has been preferred

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. I.A stands disposed of.
